About Us
Something for Everyone

Family Business
We are a family business offering a warm welcome. Based in the Vale of York with the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds on our doorstep, we offer something for everyone for a memorable day out or place to camp.

Things to Do
Relaxed or active visit, the choice is yours. We have something for everyone from everyday water sports, inflatable Aqua Park, peaceful lakeside and woodland walks, wildlife and animals, play areas and Lakeside Cafe.
Set in 53 Acres With 3 Lakes & Woodland Walks
Main Lake & Reception
Our main lake is the hub of the activities from boating, inflatable Aqua Park, open water swimming sessions, lakeside play equipment and enclosed play park. Overlooking the main lake is the Lakeside Cafe, seasonal caravan pitches campsite, and exclusive private lodges and static caravan site.
Fishing Lake & Walks
The 3 acre coarse lake has generous curves for serine fishing, stocked with double figure Carp as well as Tench, Roach, Rudd and Crucians to name but a few. Surrounded by mature trees with wooded walks and secret pathway walks for all guests to enjoy. Find our elusive Bird watch area and hidden entrance to our 3rd wildlife lake.
Wild Life Lake & Tourers Campsite
Our third large lake is a peaceful location away from the hub of activities and offers plenty of curves with lakeside walks and lake bridge to explore. Local wildlife is in abundance with islands for birds to nest, and fabulous views towards the Yorkshire Wolds. To the rear of the lake you will find our friendly donkeys in their enclosed field, and near the entrance our goat field.
Our campsite for tents and tourers is next to the wild life lake, fenced off for safety with gated access.

Admission And Activities
Please ensure you have pre-booked admission before arriving, and before booking activities. Activities can be booked once on-site if there is availability. We have plenty of pedalos and kayaks, and time slots. The Aqua Park sessions are limited therefore do need to be booked in advance to guarantee a session.
Please email us with any questions for birthday parties, future group bookings and school visits.
